1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
- Return Authorization: Before returning an item, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
- Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made items, final sale items, and gift cards.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that shipping costs, gift wrap charges, and any handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or offering store credit.
- Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during shipping, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage. This will help us process your claim with the shipping carrier.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
