2. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Shipping rates will vary depending on your location.
- International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us to inquire about possible arrangements.
3. Order Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details about your purchase.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delays: In the event of a delay, you will be notified via email with an updated estimated delivery date.
4. Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (available for orders placed before 12 PM local time).
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and other factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
- Undeliverable Orders: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment.
7. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with the return process and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Photographic Evidence: To process a claim for damaged goods, we may ask for photographs of the damage.
- Returns: You may need to return the damaged item before we send a replacement or issue a refund.
